ABOUT UGOCHI
I've lived every part of this.
For 22 years, I led in tech at Oracle, VMware, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. I'm a wife, a mother of three, a marathon runner, and an ordained pastor leading the women of Daughters in Arms. I was born in London, raised in Nigeria, and built my life here in the US after I moved in 2000.
I know what it's like to be pulled between family, career, faith, and a calling that keeps knocking. I've felt the overwhelm. I've hit the burnout. And believe me from the bottom of my heart: you can build something meaningful and stay whole while you do it.
That's why FIERCE exists. It's here to help you become who God made you to be, without losing the people and the peace that matter most.
