The newsletter is based on the FIERCE methodology, but I apply biblical principles. Everyone is welcome, and I am delighted you are a part of my tribe.
You may be on the horizon of something new, a season of growth and change. This is an exciting time, filled with endless possibilities. Are you looking for a new job or wanting to change careers? Do you want to be promoted, start a business, or grow a business? The possibilities are endless, and the future is bright.
Your track record, the culmination of your past efforts and achievements, is a vital asset when you are on the cusp of a new season. It's a testament to your capabilities and a validation of your hard work.

A track record is a way of recording your accomplishments and achievements over time. It is a great way to record the skills you have developed, the challenges you have overcome, and the lessons you have learned. It's a critical tool for personal and professional development.
A track record could be:
Professional: Promotions, awards, completed projects, and other ways you directly impacted your organization.
Educational: Degrees, certifications, and any other formal training.
Skill Development: Acquisition of new skills, whether technical, managerial, or interpersonal.
Leadership Experiences: Instances where you have led a team, managed a project, or other examples.
Personal: Achievements outside your professional life. Examples include volunteer work, community service, or individual projects.
Here are three practical ways to create a track record:
1. Review Past Achievements: Create a comprehensive list of your achievements. What are some promotions or successful projects you can include? Also, include personal achievements like overcoming challenges and acquiring new skills. Examples of how you have balanced work and family successfully are great. For each achievement, include the challenge and how you addressed it. Also include the outcome and the skills you developed. The outcomes can help you recognize the skills and strengths you can leverage for future opportunities.
2. Seek Feedback: Gathering feedback from colleagues, supervisors, or mentors is powerful. Ask for honest feedback on your work, leadership style, communication, and other relevant skills. Feedback is a great way to highlight any opportunities for improvement. It also highlights your impact on others and how your professional community perceives you. Organize this feedback to identify anything helpful for your next steps.
3. Reflect on Lessons Learned: This is not just about celebrating successes. It is also essential to understand the lessons learned from less successful endeavors. Take the time to think about the challenges you faced and the mistakes you made. What could you have done differently? This reflection is crucial for personal growth and preparation for future challenges. Focus on the takeaways that can guide your decisions and actions moving forward.
Keeping a track record will help you prepare for future opportunities. The information will help you present yourself in the best light. It can also help with direction for personal and professional growth. Understanding your past experiences in great detail is empowering. It can give you confidence and clarity to approach new horizons.
I celebrate you, dear visionary mama, and would love to be a part of your journey and support you.
Stay FIERCE and relentless in your pursuit of significance!
